Features include reverse cycle airconditioning, pot belly stove, barbecue, plasma tv, coffee machine, dishwasher, pool, bikes, parking for 4 cars or boat, crab nets. Cot and high chair available on request.< extra $15.00. Prefer customers to BYO linen however linen can be supplied at $10 per set for the duration of your stay. Pillows, doonas and blankets supplied. NOTE: Pool is closed after Easter for the winter months

Cancellation Policy
1 nights rental fee will be retained if booking is cancelled within 14days of arrival. Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on all bookings made through the centre.
Bond of $500 and a cleaning fee of $60 applies to all bookings. Bond & fee are payable directly to the owner
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
