Cancellation Policy
An amount equal to 1 nights tariff is payable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider.
