Cancellation Policy
Non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking total or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater amount is required immediately upon confirmation. Balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Mandurah Visitor Centre takes 15% deposit on all bookings.
BYO LINEN OR HIRE AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Bond of $250.00 applies to all bookings payable to owner.
Operator retains a Cancellation Fee of 1 nights tariff on all cancellations.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
