The Breakwater Bed and Breakfast offers great flexibility in accommodation with a variety of double, triple and four share rooms. Whether you require a room for an overnight stopover, a romantic getaway or an extended stay we have a room to meet your needs and budget. Our facility can comfortably accommodate 18 guests and can be exclusively booked.

Of course what bed and breakfast is complete without breakfast! Our scrumptious complimentary continental breakfast is served in the guest lounge/dinning room overlooking the ocean.

Guests have exclusive use of our guest lounge/dinning room with LCD TV, and all day tea and coffee facilities. With it's elegent casual decor it is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy the sun set over the ocean.

Located on the first floor next to the lift/stairs is a guest lobby. Guests can use the complimentary library and access the internet free of charge. Dvd's are available on request.

Our establishment has disability facilities and is a smoke free establishment within the building. Please note our facility is not suitable for young children or babies.

Room 6 Multi-Accomodation Suite	Room 6 located on the first floor is our multi-accomodation suite which can cater for 4 guests. This well appointed room has one luxury queen pillow top bed and two king single luxury pillow top beds( which can convert to a king bed on request) en-suite, LCD TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-con, tea and coffee making facilities and alarm clock radio. Tariff includes continental breakfast. Guests have access to complementary internet, fridge, DVDs, and library in the lounge lobby located on the first floor and guest dining/lounge room overlooking the ocean on the ground floor. Room 2 Ocean View Multi Accomodation Suite	Our Ocean view two bedroom suite with en-suite and balcony is located on the first floor. Access is gained through private guest entry via lift/stairs. This room has one queen luxury pillow top bed overlooking the ocean and one luxury pillow top single bed in a seperate room(no veiw) with a privacy door. The main room has LCD TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock , reverse cycle air con and tea and coffee making facilities. This room also has the ability to interconnect to room one accomodating up to 5 guests. Guests have access to internet, fridge, DVDs and library located in the lobby on the first floor and access to guest lounge/dining room which overlooks the ocean on the ground floor. En-suite with spa bath, reverse cycle air-con, fridge,tea and coffee making facilities and alarm clock. Complementary continental breakfast is included. Cancellation Policy

Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

Less than one hours travel from Perth by Car or Rail we are perfectly situated to enjoy all the peel region has to offer, or for day trips to Fremantle, Dwellingup, Bunbury or even Perth.
