Cancellation Policy
10% cancellation fee applies when cancellation is made with over 4 weeks until arrival 25% cancellation fee applies when cancellation is made 1-4 weeks of arrival Cancellations within 1 week of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee. The Mandurah Visitor Centre also retains a cancellation fee of 15% on all bookings made online or through the centre $500 bond is payable to the property owner prior to arrival.
