Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% applies to cancellations within one month of arrival. 60% fee applies within 7 days of arrival. 20% fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival. The Mandurah Visitor Centre also retains a 15% cancellation fee for all bookings made through the centre. $500 bond is payable to the owner at time of key collection.
