Cancellation Policy
Non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking total or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater required to guarantee a booking. Cancellations after arrival will incur same fees. Peak Season periods require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater. (25% payable upon booking and a further 25% is payable by the 30th September.)
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
