Falcon Bay Retreat is unique holiday accommodation located in the coastal area of Mandurah which is renowned for its pristine coastline and waterways. Nearby boat ramps provide access to the ocean, the Peel Estuary and a network of canals.The Retreat is fully equipped for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. This impressive family-friendly residence includes a large, enclosed garden and ample parking for vehicles and a boat. The encircling verandas provide a sheltered spot to enjoy the sounds of the sea and local birdlife. Indian Ocean views can be enjoyed from the upper level and a beach access path is located just 50 metres away. This stunning stretch of coastline is popular for surfing, fishing, beach-combing and dog exercise. The developed beachfront of Falcon Bay is within easy walking distance and offers safe, sheltered swimming, a playground and a gourmet cafe. Also located nearby is a large shopping centre, a range of restaurants, a world-class golf course and an e-Library with internet access.

Cancellation Policy
Weekly rate: $1295 (off peak) $1750 (peak). Further discounted rates available for longer stays by negotiation. Please contact Mandurah Visitor Centre or Property Manager direct for rates. BOND: a bond of $200 is payable to the Property Manager prior to or on arrival. If pets have been approved an additional $50 pet bond is also payable. The bond will be fully refunded within one week of departure if the Property Manager is satisfied there has been no damage caused to the property or its contents. The Guest will be liable to pay for the total cost of any repairs breakages or damage caused to the property or its contents should they exceed the amount of the bond taken. Linen is available for hire with prior arrangement. PAYMENT FOR BOOKING: full payment for a booking is required fouir weeks prior to the date of check in unless otherwise specified. CANCELLATION: If the booking is canceled less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival the Owner retains a 50% cancellation fee.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
