Cancellation Policy

A valid Credit Card imprint must be taken on arrival to Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park. No Credit Card no booking.

Payment to the Mandurah Visitor Centre can be made either by Credit Card Debit Card EFTPOS or Cash.

If a booking is made by Cheque Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park cannot hold or confirm the booking.

REFUNDS/CREDITS ·A refund or credit minus a 15% booking fee will apply if a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to stay. ·No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made at the commencement of or during the stay. ·No refund will apply to bookings made for peak periods unless 2 weeks prior notice. However if we on sell the booking for the same time etc then 15% booking fee policy may apply. Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider.

To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
