Cancellation Policy
Non Refundable deposit of 10% required at time of booking. Full payment required 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Fee of 10% applies to all bookings cancelled outside of 21 days prior to arrival. Within 21 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies. Bond of $1000 applies to all bookings payable to owner.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law, the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
