Cancellation Policy
20% deposit is required payable on confirmation of your booking. Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. 20% Cancellation fee will apply if the booking is canclled within 7 days of arrival. $200 BOND is payable to the owners. Unit to be cleaned upon departure or cleaning fee of $30 per hour may be deducted from bond refund.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
