Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellations less than 10 days will be subject to a charge of 50% unless rooms are resold. No refund for accommodation cancelled within 24 hrs unless rooms are resold. a $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. Directions:
Coming from the South West Highway..At the traffic lights in the Pinjarra town centre turn into Pinjarra Road. Wilson Road is the first turning on the right after the 80 km sign. Lazy River is at the end of Wilson Road.
