Cancellation Policy
Please note that guests can collect the key from an electronic safe at the house however they must call Pinjarra Cabins and Caravan Park first to obtain the code.
Bookings will attract a Deposit or Credit Card imprint at time of Booking. Cancellations at least 72 hours notice from date of booked accommodation to be given. Refunds will be made in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking date will lose their deposit. Cancellations or Non arrivals on day of booking will result in loss of deposit and full charge will be made for that nights accommodation.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law, the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
