4 bedroom 2 bathroom semi-rural retreat on the banks of the Murray River. This expansive, brick and tile modern home has river views from all living areas, overlooking perfectly manicured grounds. It is tastefully decorated in a contempory style.It features an open fireplace and a combustion wood heater, whilst also featuring a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner.
It has two bathrooms and comfortably accomodates 8 people. Linen and towelling is included.
Bookings over 5 days will incur an additional $25 cleaning fee, payable to the owner at time of check in. Whilst only about an hours drive from Perth (and only 10mins from Mandurah) it serves as a fantastic retreat or weekend escape. Your privacy is assured and it's the perfect place to recharge and de-stress!

Cancellation Policy
$250.00 Bond to be paid to owner one month prior stay Bookings for a 5 night period or longer incur a extra $25 cleaning fee payable to the owner with the bond.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law, the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
