Cancellation Policy

Deposit of 50% or 1 night tariff whichever is greater payable upon booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival: Non Refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply. A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. A credit card imprint or $200 cash is required for a security bond.

Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law, the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.

GETTING HERE FROM PERTH: We are about 40 min drive south from Perth on the new Kwinana/Forrest Freeway, take Pinjarra Road Off Ramp and continue left onto Pinjarra Road - 2.5 km, turn right onto South Yunderup Rd - 1.7 km, right onto Murray River Drive - 0.6 km, right onto Tatham - 0.1 km, we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Rd.

FROM MANDURAH: We are situated 10km, east of Mandurah off the Pinjarra Road. Take the South Yunderup turn-off - 1.7km, turn right onto Murray River Drive - 0.6km, right onto Tatham Road - 0.1, we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Road.

FROM BUNBURY: Drive about 100km north of Bunbury on the new Forrest Freeway. Take Pinjarra Road Off Ramp and continue left onto Pinjarra Road - 2.5 km, turn right onto South Yunderup Rd - 1.7 km, right onto Murray River Drive - 0.6 km, right onto Tatham - 0.1 km, we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Rd.
