The Mandurah Visitor Centres provide a quality visitor servicing experience and are the first point of contact for Mandurah and the Peel Region. The Mandurah Visitor Centre, located on Mandurah’s foreshore in the heart of the City, provides an array of services to its visitors including local and regional information, accommodation bookings, bus/coach bookings, touring options, internet access and an array of local produce and products and is now complemented by the newly opened Visitor Welcome Centre. Located at the Mandurah Station, the Welcome Centre provides the first point of information and contact for those travelling into Mandurah for either a day trip or for an extended stay and offers the same friendly informative information and booking service that is offered at the Visitor Centre.
Through the development of a range of sophisticated services and facilities, the Visitor Centres have continued to grow and improve and as the first point of contact for residents and visitors to our vibrant City, the centre consistently strives for excellence in its visitor servicing initiatives.
The Visitor Centres aim to support our members and add value to the visitor experience by ensuring highest standards at all times. We achieve this by establishing close working relationships with our members, and by having a strong commitment to staff and volunteer training to ensure that visitors receive the most up to date, accurate information possible at all times.
