The Breakwater Bed and Breakfast offers great flexibility in accommodation with a variety of double, triple and four share rooms. Whether you require a room for an overnight stopover, a romantic getaway or an extended stay we have a room to meet your needs and budget. Our facility can comfortably accommodate 18 guests and can be exclusively booked.

Of course what bed and breakfast is complete without breakfast! Our scrumptious complimentary continental breakfast is served is available to guest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Guests can use the complimentary library and access the internet free of charge. Dvd's are available on request.

Our establishment has disability facilities and is a smoke free establishment within the building. Please note our facility is not suitable for young children or babies.

Room 6 Standard Deluxe Suite	Room 6 located on the first floor is our multi-accomodation suite which can cater for 3 guests. This well appointed room has one luxury queen pillow top bed and one king single luxury pillow top beds en-suite, LCD TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-con, tea and coffee making facilities and alarm clock radio. Tariff includes continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Continental Breakfast is available mid-week on request at an additional cost. Room 2 Ocean View Multi Accomodation Suite	Our Ocean view two bedroom suite with en-suite and balcony is located on the first floor. Access is gained through private guest entry via lift/stairs. This room has one queen luxury pillow top bed overlooking the ocean and one luxury pillow top single bed in a seperate room(no veiw) with a privacy door. The main room has LCD TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock , reverse cycle air con and tea and coffee making facilities. This room also has the ability to interconnect to room one accomodating up to 5 guests. Guests have access to internet, fridge, DVDs and library located in the lobby on the first floor. Room 3 Budget Room with Disability Facilities	Our well appointed standard room has a Twin single beds (suit carer). Located on the first floor with access via lift. Cancellation Policy

Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider.

To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.
