Miami Holiday Park is privately owned and operated and offers a relaxed and friendly way of life in the fabulous setting of Falcon/Miami, one hour south of the Perth CBD. Situated on the highly sought after Mandurah Peninsula between the Peel Inlet and the Indian Ocean, the park has a cheerful community atmosphere where the mood is relaxed and leisure is the primary focus for residents and visitors to the park. The park accommodates 160 sites on about nine acres of land. Sites are available for tourists and casual visitors whilst permanent and part time holiday residents occupy the remainder, some of whom assist with the ongoing maintenance of the gardens lawns and ablutions.

Facilities: Direct access to the estuary for boating, fishing and crabbing. Casual tourist sites overlooking the beautiful waters of Peel Inlet. Secure gate entry and live on site Managers. All sites have power and water. Two coin operated laundries with reliable equipment. Hot water dish washing facilities for campers. Two recreation and BBQ areas. Fish cleaning and crab cooking facilities. Boat Parking and wash down area. Shopping Centres at Miami Village, Falcon Grove and Miami Plaza, including a Woolworths and an IGA adjoining the park are all within walking distance of the Park with Banks, Newsagency, Pharmacy. A large number of specialty shops are included in the centres Cobblers Tavern, restaurant, bottle shop and cafe and a number of fast food outlets including MacDonalds, KFC, Red Rooster, Hungry Jacks, Wok in a Box, Dominos, Subway, Miami Bakehouse, Fish & Chips.Nearby Attractions Boat ramps at Novara, Eastport Marina Dawesville and Avalon Beach. Falcon Bay Deli, swimming and surfing 800 metres away with shade and changeroom facilities and Falcon Bay Cafe/Deli. Excellent surfing and windsurfing at Avalon Beach. Go crabbing in season or fishing all year round, in the estuary with or without a boat, or off the banks or jetty at the Dawesville Cut. Cray fishing & Deep sea fishing and diving offshore.
Ablutions There are two easily accessible ablution blocks, accommodation 22 showers, 21 toilets, a baby bath, laundry and dish washing facilities. Both facilities are well ventilated and maintainted and cleaned every day of the week by our friendly staff.
Recreation Areas Wood fired barbecues and picnic tables in each of the recreation areas. In addition the estuary foreshore park can be accessed directly through the waterfront section of the park and includes a toilet block and free gas barbecues and toilet facilities.
Park Regulations Parking is available for one vehicle per site. Additional cars and boats must be arranged with the front office. Visitor parking is available in the shopping centre car park at the park entrance. Please confine yourself to your allocated site. Trespassing on neighbouring sites almost always causes embarrassment and ill will. A curfew on noise applies between 10 pm & 10 am for the benefit of all. Additional overnight visitors to the park must register at the Managers office. Small and friendly dogs are allowed in the park subject to prior approval. Dogs must be restrained at all times and mess cleaned up immediately. All fees are to be paid in advance. All fees are subject to change. Holidaymakers have vans permanently on site and are entitled to a maximum of 120 nights per year for themselves, their friends

Cancellation Policy
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
