International Day of People with Disability

The City of Mandurah will celebrate a diverse, talented and vibrant community through screening of the Wide Angle Film Festival.
The 12th Wide Angle Film Festival’s Public Program of Australian and international award winning films will screen at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on 3 December 2020. All films reflect the lived experience of people with disability.
At this event there will also be a showcase of artwork from the local community – ‘Selfie and Portrait’ project which will promote awareness of the strengths, skills and passions of people with disability. There will also be an exhibition by the Unsteady Hand Art Group.
A social-story about the event and a list of triggers for the film can be requested by email. The film will have adult themes.
This event has been supported through an Alcoa Community Partnership grant.
