Nature Wellbeing Guided Walk
Join us for an afternoon amongst the trees! Studies show that spending time in nature leads to better mental health, stems anxiety and can reduce tension and tight muscles. Walking in nature gives you the added benefit of regular exercise that has overall benefits for your health.
Rather than just going for a walk, what if you learnt about the natural world around you at the same time. Join Salt and Bush Nature guides for a 6km nature walk that opens your mind, body and soul to be refilled by time in nature.
Bring your kids along! For $15 one of our nature guides will lead your kids on a nature scavenger hunt! They will learn and discover some of nature’s secrets while you walk and recharge!
