The Flyway Print Exchange Exhibition is a tribute to the annual journey of migratory shorebirds throughout the East-Asian Australasian Flyway. In 2014, the work of 20 artists from 9 different countries spanning across the flyway, sent their work by post, unprotected, along the Flyway and back, echoing the bird’s journey and emphasising the weathering of their plumage. The prints, both travelled and pristine will be exhibited together.
This project is supported by Peel-Harvey Catchment Council, through funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.
