Peel Region bushfires - Holiday advice
According to the Department of Fire & Emergency Services, bushfire emergency warnings are currently in place for Waroona and Harvey and surrounding areas, including Preston Beach, in the Shires of Harvey and Waroona.
Motorists are asked to avoid non-essential travel through the area. Please see www.dfes.wa.gov.au for the latest advice and visit mainroads.wa.gov.au for the most up to date list of road closures.
If you must undertake essential travel, please be aware of the distances between towns and locations before setting off, as services such as petrol stations will be affected.
